Corporate Social Responsibility Code of Conduct

This code of conduct in corporate social responsibility is published by Keller Swiss Group's CEO to define the company's commitment and code of conduct to all aspects of social responsibility in its business activities and their impact on people and environment. People include employees, customers, clients, suppliers and the general public in the places we operate in. This policy is communicated to staff, customers and suppliers to ensure the required conduct can be upheld.

Compliance

Keller Swiss Group's business activities are fully compliant with Swiss and applicable international laws and regulations as well as the standards it is certified under and standards it is committed to contractually or otherwise. All legally required registrations, licenses, certificates and insurances are held and maintained.

Business Ethics

Relationships and business activities with customers and suppliers are always transparent, honest and meet ethical best practice standards. Decisions and activities must be in the interest of the company and must not compromise other parties, natural resources or regulations.

Competition

Keller Swiss Group is committed to fair and free competition and neither managers nor staff will engage in anti-competitive or anti-trust behaviour. There shall be no written or verbal agreements or activities that prevent, restrict or distort competition such as price-fixing or similar. Sensitive commercial information such as prices, market share, business prospects etc. is never exchanged with competitors or others to gain advantage or disadvantage third parties.

Work place

Keller provides a healthy and safe working environment for its employees. Harassment of any kind, be it verbal, physical or otherwise expressed, will not be accepted.

Keller is an anti-discrimination workplace and people must not be discriminated against, based on ethnicity (race), religious or political beliefs and affiliations, nor based on gender, disability or sexual orientation.

Employees affected by harassment or discrimination are asked to report to the executive management without delay.

Environment

The environment and natural resources must be considered in all relevant business decisions and activities. Keller Swiss Group wants to minimise the impact it has on the environment and preserve natural resources.

Adherence

All employees of Keller are expected to adhere to this code and are contractually bound to legal, ethical and professional conduct including these rules as further defined in the corporate manuals and policies. Non compliance to company policies, laws and regulations will be pursued and investigated by management and will lead to disciplinary consequences.
